Has something affected Education?

Below is a chart that shows a huge decline in learning from 1962 through to 1994.

The other picture above shows a Geography quiz given to 4th Graders in 1862. How many of these questions could you or I answer off the top of our heads????

(Pictures thanks to Pastor Dr Andy Woods from Sugarland Bible Church on his verse by verse sermon on Daniel 1)

Why such a huge decline in knowledge? There’s a simple answer to that.

Up until 1962, The Holy Bible was taught in schools. The Bible is the word of God, who is our creator. It is God Himself who gives knowledge, wisdom and understanding.

When you read Daniel 1, Daniel and his 3 friends who were captured from Israel, and taken to King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon, to train up Daniel and his 3 companions and many others in the Babylon Pagan ways. The King even changed Daniel and his 3 friends names from a Jewish Biblical name to a Pagan Babylon name which represented the Pagan gods. He was intent on indoctrinating them.

However, Daniel made up his mind that he would not defile himself with the Kings choice food and drink. So Daniel and his 3 friends didn’t defile themselves. God granted Daniel favor and compassion with the commander of the Officials. The 10 day trial proved successful. This allowed Daniel and his 3 friends to continue not to defile themselves.

In doing so, God gave Daniel and his 3 companions knowledge and intelligence in every branch of literature and wisdom. Daniel even understood all kinds of dreams and visions.

Then at the end of the 3 years of training. They had an face to face interview with the King. Out of All that was interviewed, there was none like Daniel and his 3 companions. The King promoted them. God rewards faithfulness.

When you read through the book of Daniel, not once did Daniel compromise in his faith with God. No matter how much the King of Babylon tried to indoctrinate him with his pagan ways. Daniel was thrown into the den of Lions, but God protected Daniel and he was not harmed. This spoke volumes to the King. Daniel stayed true to God and God’s word. Daniel spent so much time in prayer to God etc. God rewards faithfulness.

I myself, can also testify that as I read the Bible daily, God Blesses me with knowledge. After all, scriptures tell us, it’s God who gives knowledge wisdom and understanding.

By removing the Bible from Schools, knowledge, wisdom and understanding decreases big time. The evidence is clear. This is why it’s so vitally important to read the Bible daily. To teach the Bible in schools etc etc.

Proverbs 1:7 The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge, But fools despise wisdom and instruction.

Proverbs 9: 10“The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, And the knowledge of the Holy One is understanding.

Hosea 4: 6 My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.

Proverbs 2
The Benefits of Wisdom

1 My son, if thou wilt receive my words, and hide my commandments with thee;

2 So that thou incline thine ear unto wisdom, and apply thine heart to understanding;

3 Yea, if thou criest after knowledge, and liftest up thy voice for understanding;

4 If thou seekest her as silver, and searchest for her as for hid treasures;

5 Then shalt thou understand the fear of the LORD, and find the knowledge of God.

6 For the LORD giveth wisdom: out of his mouth cometh knowledge and understanding.

7 He layeth up sound wisdom for the righteous: he is a buckler to them that walk uprightly.

8 He keepeth the paths of judgment, and preserveth the way of his saints.

9 Then shalt thou understand righteousness, and judgment, and equity; yea, every good path.

10 When wisdom entereth into thine heart, and knowledge is pleasant unto thy soul;

11 Discretion shall preserve thee, understanding shall keep thee:

12 To deliver thee from the way of the evil man, from the man that speaketh froward things;

13 Who leave the paths of uprightness, to walk in the ways of darkness;

14 Who rejoice to do evil, and delight in the frowardness of the wicked;

15 Whose ways are crooked, and they froward in their paths:

16 To deliver thee from the strange woman, even from the stranger which flattereth with her words;

17 Which forsaketh the guide of her youth, and forgetteth the covenant of her God.

18 For her house inclineth unto death, and her paths unto the dead.

19 None that go unto her return again, neither take they hold of the paths of life.

20 That thou mayest walk in the way of good men, and keep the paths of the righteous.

21 For the upright shall dwell in the land, and the perfect shall remain in it.

22 But the wicked shall be cut off from the earth, and the transgressors shall be rooted out of it.

Made in God’s Image

We are made in the image of God.
Our genes, seed are very important to God. We need to protect our genes at all costs.
Consecrate ourselves unto the Lord. Do not conform to this world. Our citizenship is in heaven.

1 John 2:25 ( emphasis mine)
The Promise Is Eternal Life

25 This is the promise which He (Jesus) Himself made to us: eternal life.

26 These things I have written to you concerning those who are trying to deceive you.

27 As for you, the anointing which you received from Him (Jesus) abides in you, and you have no need for anyone to teach you; but as His anointing teaches you about all things, and is true and is not a lie, and just as it has taught you, you abide in Him.

28 Now, little children, abide in Him, so that when He appears, we may have confidence and not shrink away from Him in shame at His (Jesus Christ) COMING.

29 If you know that He is righteous, you know that everyone also who practices righteousness is born of Him (Jesus Christ).
1 John 3

Children of God Love One Another

3 See how great a love the Father has bestowed on us, that we would be called children of God; and such we are. For this reason the world does not know us, because it did not know Him (Jesus).

2 Beloved, now we are children of God, and it has not appeared as yet what we will be. We know that when He (Jesus Christ) APPEARS, we will be like Him, because we will see Him (Jesus) just as He is.

3 And everyone who has this HOPE fixed on Him (Jesus) purifies himself, just as He is pure. Amen ❤️

Jesus is coming soon. Are you ready? Keep looking up for our redemption draws near. ❤️🙏👑⛅🎺❤️🙏

The End Times

Let’s not forget where this world is heading. We can see clearly today where things are heading.

The agenda –
New World Order. The global reset. One world Government, One world Religion, One world currency, dictatorship, communism, Marxism, corruption, fraud, evilness, control etc etc.

This will quickly bring the world into the Great Tribulation. It will be horrific. This is where God deals with Israel and fullfill’s His promises and covernant with Israel. God will also be dealing with wickedness, evilness, corruption, fraud, sin etc etc. This time is known as the wrath of God. This world will also continue to groan under the pressure with major natural disasters.

The rise of the Lawlessness one/ Antichrist/ Satan.

The agenda then eventually leads to the mark of the beast.

Then Judgement Day. Which is God’s appointed time. Jesus comes back to judge the world and make everything that’s wrong, right again. Establishing His kingdom.

Then the end. This world is a sinking ship. Time is running out.

When we look around the world today, with everything happening, it’s clear the agenda is here, the agenda is why things are happening.

The Bible foretold us this was coming so that we could be prepared. Everything that’s been foretold in the Bible is playing out before our eyes. The Bible is a true and living word of God from our Blessed Lord Jesus Christ.

How much warning and evidence etc does God need to do and give before you will open your eyes, ears, heart and believe. Today is the day for your salvation. None of us are promised tomorrow.

We are all sinners in need of a saviour. We all fall short of the glory of God. God is Holy, heaven is Holy. None of us will ever be fit for heaven. None of us are holy.

That’s why Jesus who was sinless, bore yours and my sins and death penalty on the cross. He suffered and died, rising 3 days later redeeming us. Paying the ultimate sacrafice , He paid it all in full. What amazing Love.❤️
We are now saved by grace, not by works, so that nobody can boast. Jesus paid it all in full. Salvation is a free gift of God.

Thank you Jesus, eternally greatful. ❤️

The great news, even though this world will end, God is going to create a new heavens and a new earth for us. Jesus is coming back soon. Are you ready? Do you know Jesus? Do you know the love and saving knowledge of Jesus? Have you put your full trust and belief in Jesus? Are you following Jesus wholeheartedly?

I have, coming up to 32 years. Best discision I have ever made. I know where I will go when I die. I have no fear of death because I go straight to Jesus arms. I want this for you too. I care for your eternal welfare. This is why I am warning you of what’s to come. I want to see you saved. I don’t want the ulternative for you. I am warning against the ulternitive.

Please, I plead with you to repent, turn back to Jesus, believe in Jesus and let Him cleanse you of your sins. Today is the day of salvation ❤️🙏🙏🙏🙏❤️

What is Biblical Repentance?

Repent
Strongs Reference 3340G
Greek word for Repent = metanoeó: to change one’s mind or purpose

repent.
From meta and noieo; to think differently or afterwards, i.e. Reconsider (morally, feel compunction) — repent.

3341 Strongs Reference Metanoia. Definition – Change of mind, change inner man.

These 2 above are in the New Testament as reference to Repent and Repentance.

We can see from the above that Repent clearly means, repent of unbelief, turn back to God and get saved.

When you look at Ezekiel 18:21-32 where it talks about turning from sins, the Strongs Reference is 2403b Hebrew word Chattaah which means sin offering. Same thing is mentioned in

1 Kings 8:35-36. These scriptures are talking to Israel and the sin offerings they had to do.

Jesus was the ultimate sin offering. Jesus paid it All in full. This is why sin offerings is done away with. Jesus Paid it All in full.

You will also notice in both those examples of scriptures in the Old Testament, that Repent is a different word all together. Strongs reference 7725. Hebrew word Shub. Turn back, return, restore. In other words, turn back to God and be restored.

Transgressions, Strong reference 6588 Hebrew word Pesha is breach of trust, rebellion.

As you can see, scripture clearly does not say Repent means turn from sin because that means make a sin offering. Both those above old Testament scriptures talk about sin offering and repent differently and with different Hebrew words. Jesus already paid that sin offering. Plus scriptures have them separate too as I mentioned.

Repent clearly means change of mind, change inner man. Repent of unbelief and turn back to God and be restored, be saved.

God is a God of salvation. Plus He is a God who deals with sins. The Bible is full of scriptures showing this.

It’s the Holy Spirits job to convict us all of sins too.

Also, Nobody can suddenly turn from sin, it’s impossible. It’s like telling a drug addict to stop taking drugs immediately, or an Alcoholic to suddenly stop drinking alcohol.

Romans 2:1-5 and
2 Timothy 2:25 clearly states that it’s God Himself is the one who grants repentence.

It’s only possible with God.

Once we’re saved. Once we’ve been baptised with the Holy Spirit (born again in Christ). The Holy Spirit convicts us of sins so we can confess them to Jesus.

I have seen it time and time again, and even in my own experience 32 years ago. Getting saved, then Holy Spirit convicts of sin and the person starts confessing their sins.

I also have been walking with the Jesus Christ for 32 years, and like everyone else, I still sin. Yes, I sin less as time goes on. But I still get angry, I still have wrong attitudes etc etc.

We live in a fallen world, and we battle our flesh, sin, the world, demonic principalities daily. We need our Spiritual Armour. Eph. 6.

The day I/we become sinless & perfect, is the day I/we go to glory to be with Jesus.

In the meantime, I aim to be more like Jesus every day in everything I say and do as I allow Him to mould me and make me. ❤️🙏

(I have just finished doing an intensive Bible study in Repent/Repentance. I have all the scriptures on the NT and some from the OT. Plus the Hebrew and Greek References. I used Ryrie Study Bible, The Greek Lexicon by Hendrickson, Bible Hub with their Lexicon, Strongs, Hebrew Greek Study Bible as Bible Study tools.)

I trust what scripture says over what man says.❤️
